Return Policy

General Returns: Our main goal is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. That's why we offer a return policy within 14 days of receiving your order. If the products you receive are damaged or do not match what you ordered, please contact us immediately. However, please note that the product(s) must be in their original condition and packaging and all associated shipping costs for the return process must be borne by the buyer. To start the return process, please contact and indicate the order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return process.

Changed your mind and want to return or exchange the product? According to the MK of the Republic of Latvia 20.05.2014 to regulations No. 255 "Regulations on distance contracts" You have the right within 14 calendar days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason, to withdraw from the contract and return what you purchased in the online store. Depending on the situation, you have the right to a refund, product replacement, and/or compensation, depending on the situation. When returning the product, please take into account that the product must not be damaged, used and its appearance must not have been significantly changed. If the returned product meets the mentioned requirements, Fortuna 8 SIA will refund the money no later than 14 days after receiving the product return form. The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. We provide a convenient and fast return or exchange of goods •    We provide the opportunity to return or exchange the purchased goods using the platform •    If you want to return or exchange the purchased item, you can do so within 14 days from the day of receipt of the purchase •    The money will be refunded no later than 14 within days, from the moment of submitting the product return form on the portal Types of refund • Transfer to the bank account from which the purchase was made • Transfer to another bank account • Store coupon • Exchange for another product • Transfer to PayPal account What to do? 1. Fill out the product return form on the platform 2. After filling out the return form, information will be sent to the phone number and e-mail you specified, with the return code and the following. 3.    Go to the nearest Omniva Parcel, select “Send parcel”→ “Shipment with pre-prepared address card” on the screen, enter the parcel return code and follow the further instructions on the screen. 4. Please note that it is possible to return the product through Parkomat, if the package size of the shipment is not larger than 38 x 64 x 39cm and its maximum weight does not exceed 30kg.
